Agreement to Terms

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIDUST TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

We provide professional services to the best of our abilities, but outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. We make no guarantees about specific results or business outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIDUST TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $1,000, whichever is greater.
